Look how sweet Holly and Kisse-Maja slept together!

This was a lovely black tortie longhaired household pet. She choosed to move in to us in October 1998, she slept outside our dorr for three months... I did not want her, but when I saw her play in the snow whith the dog, and how well she behaved when Holly carried her around... I melted! Although it took three months! Part of my decition was also that in January that year the temperature outside started to sink, below -40 degrees celcius... I did not want her to freeze to death! She was the only outdoor cat, but she did a really good job hunting mice and rats. It would be interesting to know something about her, my vet. thought she was about 2-3 years old when I went there to spay her, tatoo her ear and give her the vaccinationshots, but that´s about all I know. I still can not understand that no one missed such a lovely cat! We put up posters and ads in our newspaper, but no one called us back. But she had at least one bad habit, opening the front door... So it was not just once we found all cats outside in the morning, when we had forgot to lock the door! She was really Holly´s cat, she could do whatever she wanted with her! Unfortunately, we only had the opportunity to live with her for less then a year... Our previous house was located only about 200 meters from a heavy traficated road, and that was where Hasse found her one day in September 1999, when she did not come home. We all cried a lot, and burried her up in the forrest, with fresh flowers on the grave. And non of us will ever forget her, KisseMaja will always live in our hearts!
